The Desktop Traffic Headlines application was developed by us in late 2007. The idea was to create an application that allowed selection of key regions and/or motorways so users are made aware of issues in their areas.

The application has been a huge success. It's been extremely reliable, useful and supported on many thousands of PCs.

The application uses VB without relying on the .NET framework as this was not as widely installed as it is now. This enabled the application to be supported on many older PCs.
