COVID-19 Coronavirus Update from Adaptive
Dan Frost

Like all businesses and organisations, we continue to closely monitor and follow Government advice with regards to the current situation with COVID-19 Coronavirus and act accordingly, while trying to minimise any disruption or reduction in our services.

Since the start of lockdown in March, we have continued to follow the Government recommendation to "work from home where possible". All of our team are successfully working from home and will continue to do so until further notice as we continue to manage the ever-changing situation ongoing.

This action is part of Adaptive's formal Business Contingency Plan and, as such, we are prepared for such circumstances. We have therefore been able to continue to provide an uninterrupted continuation of service to all our clients during this period.

Each of our team is able to connect remotely and securely to our office network from home to enable them to continue to work largely as normal. All electronic methods of communication (email, support desk systems etc) can and are continuing to be monitored and responded to.

Telephone calls to the office are being diverted to team members, so will still be answered, although we would ask for your help in using electronic communications in the first instance wherever possible at this time.

While, like everyone else at present, we find ourselves in challenging and unprecedented times, we continue to strive to provide uninterrupted services to all our clients and to our usual high standards throughout this period.

If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime though, please don't hesitate to contact your Account Manager or any of our team for further information.
