Adaptive are delighted to have recently launched a new Drupal 8 website for international conservation organisation, Earthmind.
Earthmind work to recognise and encourage voluntary conservation commitments in the areas where we live and work around the world.
As well as providing a wealth of resources and insight, the French-based organisation also host regular events and work closely with other organisations to achieve their aims.
The new Drupal 8 website pulls together content and information from a number of separate old Wordpress sites that Earthmind previously ran. New functionality includes an extensive library of documents and resources, all searchable and filterable using Drupal’s core Views functionality along with the Better Exposed Filters module.
Similarly, lists of past and future events can also be browsed and searched along with the organisation’s directory of Verified Conservation Areas around the world.
The site’s design was created by Adaptive and built as a custom Bootstrap-based theme to be fully responsive across all devices and screen sizes.
The Adaptive team have worked closely with Earthmind Executive Director, Frank Vorhies, on the project. Speaking on the launch day of the website, Frank said “I just want to say a big THANK YOU to you and the team for making my day!”
“Our new website really looks fabulous. You guys have done a really great job!”
