Yes. We have done more rebuilds than new builds! It's often the case that a Drupal site has been worked on by multiple agencies, with different approaches and techniques. We are comfortable in taking over the ongoing support, management and hosting of an existing Drupal platform.

Absolutely. By default, anything we develop for you, belongs to you. Obviously we can't reassign the IP of any Open Source code.

We have done a large number of integrations, sometimes with platforms that really don't want to integrate! It's very much a specialism of ours in getting Drupal to talk to other platforms - sometimes acting as Middleware to sync multiple platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation and Ecommerce platforms.

Rigorous! We have multiple types of test plans depending on the application and client.

For some clients, we use agreed-upon Test Plans for UAT and QA. For others, we implement automated test plans (using Behat & Nightwatch) that run with every deployment. Additionally, we employ Runtime User Monitoring (RUM) to ensure continuous feature functionality, which is especially crucial for high-volume, high-complexity applications.

Yes, absolutely. We often work with other, specialist agencies. In UX, hosting, integrations or even discrete Projects, as long as there are clear lines of responsiblity/scope, we are more than happy to work with other agencies.
