Debbie brings over 20 years of experience in project management, with PRINCE2 and Agile qualifications. She previously worked with Dan and other Adaptive team members at DMGT, gaining a reputation for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Role at Adaptive
As Head of Projects, Debbie is highly skilled in managing complex requirements, transforming them into detailed briefs and Sprint boards in Jira. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail ensure smooth project flow.
Outside of Work
Outside Adaptive, Debbie enjoys spending time with her grandkids, decorating her home (she has secret interior designer ambitions), photography and keeping her personal life meticulously organised with Trello boards.
