Matt has been a web developer since 1998 and a Drupal specialist since 2006. As a founding team member of Adaptive, he is known for his expertise in making Drupal do just about anything, always prioritising solutions that are reusable, secure, and easy to manage.
Role at Adaptive
As Head of Development, Matt leads the team in adopting the latest techniques, leveraging AI, and meticulously documenting processes. He specialises in custom module development and designing smart, scalable architecture.
Outside of Work
Matt enjoys cycling, walking, photography, sketching, gaming, and relaxing in front of the TV with his laptop—pretending he’s not working.
