Adaptive welcomes a mix of new clients
Steve Allen

Well, firstly, we need to get this out of the way - "Blimey, it's October! How did that happen?!?!"

It's been a while since our last Insights update - a sign of just how busy the whole Adaptive team have been throughout this year so far!

As well as continuing to deliver superb Drupal support, hosting and development for all our existing clients, we've been delighted to welcome several new clients into the Adaptive fold over the summer.

Each of the organisations themselves are very different from each other but all came to us with similar aims - to find a Drupal agency that can not only support and maintain their websites to a very high standard but who can also work in partnership with their internal teams to move their websites forward. In many cases, new hosting was also a requirement so we've also migrated the hosting of most of the sites to Adaptive's enterprise-level Managed Hosting Services.

Over the past couple of months, we're delighted to have started working with:

B&FC logo
Blackpool and The Fylde College is a further education college with several campuses in the Blackpool/Fylde Coast area. They are currently ranked in the top 3% of further education colleges in England.

B&FC approached us looking for a new Drupal agency to take over the support, maintenance and ongoing development of their website.

The project was successfully onboarded by Adaptive against a tight deadline, including carrying out a detailed Drupal Site Audit.

We are now working with the B&FC team on various enhancements to the website including a focus on improved UX and more flexible page layouts throughout the site.

IOP logo
The Institute of Physics (IOP) is the professional body for physics in the UK and Ireland. They play a leading role in promoting cooperation in physics around the world whilst also striving to make physics more accessible to all.

Adaptive has been engaged by IOP to provide an additional layer of support and consultancy around their website hosting, security and other technical infrastructure. We're working closely with the IOP IT team to deliver efficiencies and enhanced levels of security and resilience to their already-strong Pantheon hosting infrastructure.

OutdoorLads logo
OutdoorLads is a volunteer-run organisation who host outdoor adventure and activity events for gay, bisexual and trans guys across the UK.

Adaptive was selected as OutdoorLads' preferred Drupal agency to deliver a range of services for the organisation, including migrating their website hosting to Platform.sh and upgrading the site from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9

We are now working with the team on a range of website improvements as well as delivering ongoing support and maintenance across the platform.

Ambitious about Autism logo
Ambitious about Autism are a UK-based charity working to help create a world where autistic children and young people are heard, included and supported.

We have smoothly migrated their main website plus their three College/Schools sites to our Managed Hosting Service within Pantheon and are now providing regular Drupal Updates and other maintenance services for the sites.

The different sectors that each of these organisations come from, together with range of services we're delivering to each of them, further demonstrates the breadth of skills and experience that Adaptive has to share with each of our fantastic clients.

We're very much looking forward to building successful relationships with each of these teams and working together for many years to come.
